ADAPTIVE DESIGN
The objective of P12X's Adaptive Design program is to offer the students a number of different opportunities to explore their creative side.
Our project based learning model is utilized to broaden each student’s understanding of geometrical shapes / sizes, the value of numbers, reading comprehension, as well as their social skills through the use of various tools and equipment.
Our projects encourage growth and cultivate the unique talents of each student. Our hope is that by years end the students will have developed both academically and socially; and, will recognize that the skills which are necessary for success in the in the Adaptive Design shop – focus, patience and teamwork – are the same skills that are necessary for success in the classroom, at home and eventually a worksite.
