BREAKFAST AND LUNCH

Breakfast is provided free of cost from 8:00AM - 8:48 AM (P12X Main site, 562X, and 358X), and 8:51-9:39 (P12X Main Site) 

There are two lunch periods for both buildings:

Period 3 10:33 am – 11:21 am

Period 4 11:24 am – 12:12 pm

Period 5 12:15 pm – 1:03 pm

Younger students should be provided nutritious snacks in accordance with the classroom teacher.

All parents must fill out Lunch Applications. If you do not wish for your child to be considered for free or full-price lunch, fill out only the child’s general information and sign the form. You need not fill out any personal information regarding income or social services. It saves us time and energy since we are required by the DOE to collect applications from all families.

Collection for school lunch should be in the form of a check or money order made payable to: The Eagles Academy for Exceptional Students.Collection will be on a monthly basis (Please see monthly Student Calendar). Until forms are received and distributed by the school, eligibility will be based on last year’s information. Additional information is available through the school. No child is ever denied lunch. If your child has forgotten lunch, an emergency lunch will be served. Families must pay the full price for the emergency meals. Please be aware that the school is responsible for paying for all lunches served (except of course free lunch). In accordance with the DOE’s new policy - ALL STUDENTS eating school lunch will be either free or full-price. Reduced-price lunch will be eliminated. Breakfast will continue to be free for all students.
