GENERAL INFORMATION
SCHOOL HOURS & ATTENDANCE
School hours are Monday through Fridays — 8:00 AM — 2:50 PM
- Any students who arrive to their classrooms after 8:00 AM are considered late unless their yellow bus has been delayed
- All attendance is entered into the Department of Education (DOE) computer system. All absences should be documented with a note from the parent, or doctor (if 3 days or longer). This note should be submitted to the classroom or homeroom teacher upon the child’s return to school.
- Medical lateness should be documented (doctor’s or dentist’s note)
- Parents of children who do not ride the yellow bus, are responsible for prompt pick-up of all children who do not have after school activities
